Whether you see yourself enjoying the convenience and excitement of a bigger city centre, or settling in the countryside - your dream listing already exists and we’re going to find it. Selling? Let’s market your home and it’s location authentically: the perfect buyer is out there waiting for you. I love working in the Greater Moncton, Albert County, and surrounding areas because these beautiful parts of New Brunswick have properties for every lifestyle, family-size, budget, and dream.
The Greater Moncton Area is comprised of three unique towns: Riverview, Dieppe, and Moncton. With a population of 157, 717 people, the GMA is still a small city by Canadian standards - and offers it’s residents the charm of a tight-knit community with all the convenience, night-life, and commercial opportunities of a larger metropolis. Still the biggest city in New Brunswick, the Greater Moncton Area is often referred to as the “Hub City” due to it’s drive-ability to Nova Scotia, PEI, and other New Brunswick cities. French and English bilingualism thrives here, with strong Acadian history and support as part of Canada’s only officially bilingual province.

A town of 20,000 people - with the Acadian forest and the Petitcodiac river at it’s doorstep - Riverview is a dream come true for outdoorsy people (who still want easy access to town amenities). Part of the Greater Moncton Area, Riverview is a lively suburb that seamlessly flows both into the city of Moncton and the untouched rolling hills of Albert County. With high sustainability standards and plans to make the town even more eco-friendly - living in Riverview just feels good. Many neighbourhoods boast large lots with mature trees, access to expansive walking and ATV trails, and some of the lowest property tax rates in the Greater Moncton Area.

Comprised of three villages (Hillsborough, Riverside-Albert, and Alma) and many other small communities - Albert County is paradise for the folks dreaming of living amongst unspoiled nature. Landscape made up of mountains, sweeping vistas of the Bay of Fundy, and old-growth Acadian forest, living here is a treat through all four seasons. Home to two of New Brunswick’s most famous natural wonders - Hopewell Rocks and Fundy National Park draw visitors from all over the world each year. Nature aside, Albert County is tight-knit community of small business owners, artisans, farmers, and adventurers who treat each other like neighbours no matter how far down the 114 you may be.
